To where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawai‘i.
How will my Windward products be shipped?
We offer free USPS Priority shipping on orders $100 or greater. Expedited services are also available, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed and shipped the same day, if placed by noon Pacific time Monday through Friday, or the next day if orders are placed in the afternoon or evening. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped when we’re back at work on Monday.
Can I track my package?
Yep! We’ll send a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including the USPS tracking number.

We typically process approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days. If your product was purchased through a Windward distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
