BEDTIME UNWIND

Tea, topicals and tuning OUT. I place my phone on the charger (in airplane mode) before taking my evening shower. Post-shower, I give my body some care with our Hemp CBD Muscle Remedy Salve, Eminence Body Oil and Face Cream, then enjoy a ginger tea with our Evening Recovery tincture. 

ON CALL STRESS RELIEF

I keep the Muscle Remedy at my desk for my temples and neck when I’m stressed, have a headache or just need to reset. It does wonders for my mindset on busy workdays. Often you don't know when you can get a break when you're Zooming and emailing and this gives me an instant reset. 

MID-MORNING BOOST

Daily Performance instead of that mid-morning coffee is the way to go! When getting up with two small children before 6am every day, I sometimes drink 2.5 cups of coffee before 9am (when I actually sit down to work). Instead of having another cup at 10am, I make a small smoothie and add Daily Performance (or take it sublingually) and it gives me energy and focus well into the afternoon. 

My smoothie recipe is:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of whatever greens in the fridge that should be used asap
  • 1/2 cup of homemade almond milk (no shame in store bought!)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Powder (I add this after I pour some off for my 2 year old who is home with us!)
  • 1 dropperful of Daily Performance stirred in once poured into a glass
POST WORKOUT SUPPORT

I’m just getting back into consistent exercise with the help of my Peloton - #WorkingMomsofPeloton! I overdid it a few times recently and woke up at 2am with HOWLING quads even after extensive stretching. After massaging a bit of the Muscle Remedy Salve onto each leg, I was feeling so much better. My husband also uses the salve on his skateboarding-weary knees and wrists and post-surf when he was out for a while in a big swell.
