This post is very helpful. I haven’t had much success with other companies products but in my recent explorations of Windward, particularly Evening Recovery and muscle salve, have been effective. I just ordered the Mind Body Balance. I’m a 73 year old woman and I seem to be pretty tolerant. I increased the amount of the Evening Recovery, but I think this post teaches me to hold less of it under my tongue longer which would be more cost effective and less is more!
